Ghaya provides web-based HR management tools — including employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, document storage, and related features — to businesses operating in Kuwait. توفّر غاية أدوات لإدارة الموارد البشرية عبر الويب — تشمل سجلات الموظفين والحضور والإجازات والرواتب وتخزين المستندات والمزايا المرتبطة — للشركات العاملة في الكويت.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Accounts are for business use by adults authorized to act for the company. يجب تقديم معلومات دقيقة، وأنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك. أنت مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم عبر حسابك. الحسابات مخصّصة للاستخدام التجاري من قِبل بالغين مخوّلين بالتصرف نيابة عن الشركة.
When you upload employee data and documents, you confirm that you have the right to do so and a lawful basis to process that information for HR purposes. You remain the owner and controller of your data. You agree not to upload anything unlawful or that infringes others' rights. عند رفعك بيانات الموظفين والمستندات، فإنك تؤكد أن لديك الحق في ذلك وأساساً قانونياً لمعالجة تلك المعلومات لأغراض الموارد البشرية. تظل مالكاً ومتحكماً في بياناتك. وتوافق على عدم رفع أي شيء غير قانوني أو ينتهك حقوق الآخرين.
You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempting to access other companies' data, disrupting the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it to break the law. توافق على عدم إساءة استخدام المنصة — بما في ذلك محاولة الوصول إلى بيانات شركات أخرى، أو تعطيل الخدمة، أو إجراء هندسة عكسية لها، أو استخدامها لمخالفة القانون.
Paid plans are billed as agreed when you subscribe. Fees are described during sign-up or in your agreement with us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for periods already used. تُحتسب الخطط المدفوعة وفق ما يُتفق عليه عند الاشتراك. تُوضّح الرسوم أثناء التسجيل أو في اتفاقك معنا. وما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، فإن الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد عن الفترات المستخدمة بالفعل.
We work hard to keep Ghaya available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements from time to time. نعمل جاهدين لإبقاء غاية متاحة وموثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن خدمة دون انقطاع. قد نجري أعمال صيانة أو تحديثات أو تحسينات من وقت لآخر.
Ghaya is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Kuwaiti law. تُقدَّم غاية "كما هي". وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمّل المسؤولية عن الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية. ولا يحدّ أي بند في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز تحديدها بموجب القانون الكويتي.
You may stop using Ghaya at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. On termination, you can request a copy or deletion of your data, subject to legal retention requirements. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام غاية في أي وقت. ويمكننا تعليق أو إنهاء الوصول عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. عند الإنهاء، يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها، مع مراعاة متطلبات الاحتفاظ القانونية.
Ghaya, its software, and branding are our property. Your data and documents remain yours — using the platform does not transfer ownership of your content to us. غاية وبرمجياتها وعلامتها التجارية هي ملكنا. أما بياناتك ومستنداتك فتبقى ملكك — واستخدام المنصة لا ينقل ملكية محتواك إلينا.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Kuwaiti courts. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت، وتختص المحاكم الكويتية بأي نزاعات تنشأ عنها.
We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date above, and continued use of Ghaya after changes means you accept the updated terms. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. سنغيّر تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، ويعني استمرارك في استخدام غاية بعد التغييرات موافقتك على الشروط المحدّثة.
