1. Who we are١. من نحن

Ghaya ("we", "us", "the platform") is an HR management service operated in Kuwait. When a company uses Ghaya to manage its employees, that company is the "controller" of its employees' personal data, and Ghaya acts as the "processor" — we store and process the data only to provide the service, following the company's instructions. غاية ("نحن"، "المنصة") هي خدمة لإدارة الموارد البشرية تعمل في الكويت. عندما تستخدم شركة غاية لإدارة موظفيها، تكون تلك الشركة "المتحكم" في البيانات الشخصية لموظفيها، وتعمل غاية بصفتها "المعالج" — نخزّن ونعالج البيانات فقط لتقديم الخدمة، وفقاً لتعليمات الشركة.

2. Information we handle٢. المعلومات التي نتعامل معها

Depending on how the platform is used, this may include:حسب طريقة استخدام المنصة، قد يشمل ذلك:

• Account information — names, work emails, phone numbers, and passwords of the people who log in.معلومات الحساب — الأسماء وبريد العمل وأرقام الهاتف وكلمات المرور لمن يسجّلون الدخول.
• Employee records uploaded by the company — civil IDs, nationality, salaries, job details, attendance, and leave.سجلات الموظفين التي ترفعها الشركة — البطاقات المدنية والجنسية والرواتب وتفاصيل الوظيفة والحضور والإجازات.

3. How we use it٣. كيف نستخدمها

We use the information only to provide and operate the service: to run your HR portals, generate payslips and reports, send expiry reminders and notifications you enable, and keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use employees' personal data for advertising. نستخدم المعلومات فقط لتقديم الخدمة وتشغيلها: لتشغيل بوابات الموارد البشرية، وإنشاء كشوف الرواتب والتقارير، وإرسال تنبيهات انتهاء الصلاحية والإشعارات التي تفعّلها، والحفاظ على أمان الحسابات. نحن لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم البيانات الشخصية للموظفين لأغراض الإعلانات.

4. How we protect it٤. كيف نحميها

• All connections are encrypted with HTTPS, and uploaded documents are stored encrypted.جميع الاتصالات مشفّرة عبر HTTPS، والمستندات المرفوعة مخزّنة مشفّرة.
• Each company's data is fully isolated — no other company on Ghaya can access it.بيانات كل شركة معزولة تماماً — لا يمكن لأي شركة أخرى على غاية الوصول إليها.
• Access is role-based: employees see only their own records; managers and admins see only their company.الوصول قائم على الصلاحيات: يرى الموظف سجلاته فقط، ويرى المدير والمسؤول شركتهم فقط.
• Documents are never publicly accessible — every download is authenticated and access-checked.المستندات غير متاحة للعامة أبداً — كل تنزيل يتم التحقق من هويته وصلاحيته.

5. Service providers٥. مزوّدو الخدمة

We rely on trusted infrastructure providers to run the service — including Cloudflare (hosting, storage, and network security) and providers used to send notifications and emails. These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service and are bound by their own security obligations. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law. نعتمد على مزوّدي بنية تحتية موثوقين لتشغيل الخدمة — بما في ذلك Cloudflare (الاستضافة والتخزين وأمان الشبكة) ومزوّدون لإرسال الإشعارات والبريد الإلكتروني. يعالج هؤلاء البيانات فقط لتقديم جزئهم من الخدمة وملتزمون بواجباتهم الأمنية. لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى إلا عند الاقتضاء القانوني.

6. Data retention٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

We keep data for as long as the company maintains its account, or as needed to comply with legal obligations. When a company closes its account, its data can be deleted on request, subject to any records we must legally retain. نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما احتفظت الشركة بحسابها، أو حسب الحاجة للامتثال للالتزامات القانونية. عند إغلاق الشركة لحسابها، يمكن حذف بياناتها عند الطلب، مع مراعاة أي سجلات يجب الاحتفاظ بها قانوناً.

7. Your rights٧. حقوقك

Employees may ask their employer (the company using Ghaya) to access, correct, or delete their personal data. Companies (account owners) may contact us directly to export or delete their account data. We will act on valid requests promptly. يمكن للموظفين أن يطلبوا من صاحب العمل (الشركة التي تستخدم غاية) الاطلاع على بياناتهم الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو حذفها. ويمكن للشركات (أصحاب الحسابات) التواصل معنا مباشرة لتصدير أو حذف بيانات حسابها. سنستجيب للطلبات الصحيحة على الفور.

8. Cookies & local storage٨. ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتخزين المحلي

We use minimal browser storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your language preference. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. نستخدم الحد الأدنى من تخزين المتصفح اللازم لإبقائك مسجّل الدخول وتذكّر تفضيل لغتك. لا نستخدم ملفات تتبّع أو إعلانات.

9. Children٩. الأطفال

Ghaya is a workplace tool intended for use by adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18. غاية أداة عمل مخصّصة للبالغين. وهي غير موجّهة لأي شخص دون سن ١٨.

10. Changes to this policy١٠. تغييرات على هذه السياسة

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the "last updated" date above, and for significant changes we will notify account owners. قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. سنغيّر تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه، وسنُخطر أصحاب الحسابات بالتغييرات المهمة.
